At Buivastra, we’re committed to delivering your carefully selected outfits with speed, care, and reliability. To ensure timely delivery across India and beyond, we’ve partnered with a wide network of trusted courier services.

Domestic Shipping

  • All domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days.

  • You'll receive tracking details once your order is shipped, so you can follow your Buivastra outfit every step of the way.

International Shipping

  • We do offer worldwide shipping.

  • For international deliveries, a standard shipping fee of ₹2500 per kg applies.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on destination and customs clearance procedures.

Order Issues

  • In the unlikely event that your order is lost, cancelled, or undelivered, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience, subject to a few simple conditions:

  • COD is available only in serviceable pin codes. If your location is outside the eligible zone, we recommend choosing an online payment method at checkout.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of delivery before opening the package.

  • If the parcel appears tampered with or is already opened at the time of delivery, we strongly advise you not to accept it and report it to our team immediately.
