At BuiVastra, every piece is handcrafted with care, made especially for you. As a result, we do not offer refunds or returns.

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, so we offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original, unused condition with tags intact.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Only size exchanges are accepted—no changes in style, fabric, or design.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for the original item and delivery charges for the exchanged item.
